what this means for baggu:
With its U.S. market increasing their spending habits at more localized businesses, BAGGU should consider positioning itself at the heart of where consumer sentiments currently sit. By being a presence at local markets, BAGGU can authentically leverage its sustainable roots to expand consumer reach.

location analysis of implementation
justification of
nashville farmer’s market:
Unlike other farmer’s markets, Nashville’s allows for goods beyond just food items to be sold
Nashville’s steady population growth leads to additional increase in weekend tourism
Located in the center of Downtown Nashville (adjacent to the Tennessee State Museum + Bicentennial Mall State Park)

partnering with local talent
The core desire of a farmer's market attendee is to shop as local as possible.
For BAGGU to avoid a potential disconnect in a more localized shopping space, products within the pop-up should represent local talent for customers to feel as though they're still supporting their community. This can be achieved by employing patterns illustrated by Hew & Co, a Nashville-based artist, in product development.
the final product assortment
Using Hew & Co’s original patterns, Nashville’s Baggu Buggy will keep the following product items in stock for the duration of the pop-up:
Standard / Baby Baggu, Puffy Laptop Sleeve 13”, Fabric Mask Loop Set, Scrunchie Set, Reusable Cloth Set, Baseball Cap (all products offered in both patterned and solid colors)

promotional plan highlight:
the market bag giveaway ($75 value)
Allowing BAGGU to partner with small businesses local to Nashville, the
pop-up will launch a giveaway on its separate Instagram (@baggubuggy) once a month throughout the pop-up's duration (5 months). The Baggu Market bag will contain items from brands present at the Farmer’s Market.
Followers of @baggubuggy will enter by sharing the giveaway's post to their Instagram story, following each of the participating brands, and tagging a friend. Pickup will be at their next Farmer’s Market visit.
